Marrowfat Peas, a type of Peas.

Marrowfat Peas -  These are green mature peas that are left to dry naturally in the field rather than being harvested like typical garden peas. These peas are commonly used to make mushy peas and are also a key ingredient in wasabi peas. In Northern England, marrowfat peas are often served as part of the traditional snack known as pie and peas.
